Congrats to Andrew & Heidi of Horicon!! They purchased their home using the USDA/Rural Development loan. This is one of the most popular loan programs these days. USDA/Rural Development loan is a 30 year fixed rate loan, no PMI and no money down required (you can put money down if one wants to).
