A quick follow up on USDA loans. Inlanta Mortgage has a great relationship with USDA/Rural Development!
I can still offer this type of loan. Some lenders don’t tell you about the products because we are one of the few that offer it at this time. Not many lenders have this option.
This program is a low 30 year fixed rate, no monthly PMI and NO money down. Certain income limits and purchase areas are limited to the USDA area, (call or email to confirm the limits).
